Welcome to lesmail. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the app, related backend services, and any image generation features made available through them. By using Scribble, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You may use Scribble only in compliance with applicable law and only for lawful, authorized purposes. You are responsible for the images, prompts, and other content you submit. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, edit, generate, or otherwise use that content through the service.

2. User Content and Generated Output

You retain responsibility for the source materials you provide, including reference images and text prompts. Scribble uses your inputs to request image generation from our backend systems and upstream AI service providers. Generated output may vary from one request to another and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use. You should review generated content before relying on it, publishing it, or sharing it with others.

3. Credits, Purchases, and Failed Jobs

Scribble uses a credit-based purchase model. Credits may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase where available. Credits are deducted when a generation request is accepted for processing. If a generation fails on our side or on an upstream AI provider, the corresponding credits are returned automatically. Prices, packages, and promotional offers may change from time to time. Except where required by law or by Apple's policies, purchases are generally non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the service to infringe another person's rights, violate privacy, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with service operations, attempt to bypass payment or credit controls, reverse engineer non-public parts of the service, or use the app in a manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our systems.

5. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature, style, provider, or part of the service at any time. Image generation depends on third-party AI providers and network availability, so latency, interruptions, output differences, and temporary failures may occur.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, loss of business, or losses arising from your use of generated content or your inability to use the service.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. Continued use of Scribble after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
